Taylor Swift recently bought her parents a new pad, but now the 21-year-old singer has reportedly put the home back on the market.

According to AOL Real Estate, the 5,000-square-foot mansion is listed for $50,000 more than the $1.45 million she paid for it. The Tudor-style estate features several gardens, a water fountain and an outdoor fireplace.
We're not sure why Tay is unloading this piece of property, but she still has plenty in her portfolio. The country star purchased her first condo in Nashville in 2009, and recently bought a new house in L.A.

Taylor certainly has the funds to cover her home purchases. As we previously reported, the four-time Grammy winner was ranked No. 5 on Forbes' Best-Paid Celebrities Under 30 list, earning an estimated $45 million since May 2010 alone.
