160 Fans Form Human Twitter at the X Games

As if the X Games aren't awesome enough, ESPN enlisted 160 people at the Staples Center in LA to form a Human Twitter board. For real.

The fans seated in Section 112, Rows 6-12 each had a set of alphabet cards so they could create real tweets sent to @xgames with the hashtag #HumanTwitter. Each message was featured on the Jumbotron and on the ESPN broadcast with the sender's name.
This pic shows one message that was sent during the moto portion of the competition. How cool is that?

Did you send any tweets to @ESPN today? Do you think the Human Twitter sections was a good idea? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
