Allstar Weekend Releases Instagram-Inspired Lyric Video for 'Blame It on September'
Allstar Weekend are getting ready to unveil their brand-new album, 'All the Way,' next month, and now they've released a lyric video to their first single, 'Blame It on September.'
The super cool clip incorporates an iPad and the photo-sharing service Instagram, showing a collage of awesome pics with the lyrics to their song on them. The band is known for making the time to hang out with fans and take pictures, so the concept of the video makes total sense.
The San Diego pop-rockers worked with a team of mega producers, who have collaborated with the likes of Rihanna, Katy Perry and Britney Spears. The guys are currently on tour with Selena Gomez, and are psyched to reveal new music to their fans.
"We'll be performing a few of our new songs on tour this summer, including our new single 'Blame It on September,'" lead singer Zach Porter says. "We hope when our fans listen to this record, they feel adventurous, scared, sexy, in love, heartbroken, and rich in life with an empty bank account. It's a very honest record that chronicles our experiences and growth over the past couple of years."
