Demi Lovato has announced her first set of fall concert dates surrounding the release of her third studio album, 'Unbroken,' which she says is a thank you to her fans.

The singer wrote: "SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE ... MY FIRST TWO CONCERTS!!! I'll be performing at The Hammerstein Ballroom on 9/17 and at Club Nokia on 9/23! Can't wait to see you there!!!!:D."
"These shows are basically thanking my fans for being so supportive throughout this entire journey," Demi tells RyanSeacrest.com. "This is the first time that I will be on stage in about a year. I am already so excited and can't wait to see everyone out there in the audience."

The first show will take place at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom, and the second show will go down at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. Tickets for both shows will go on sale on Friday, August 26 at 10AM local time.

The news of the two shows follows the unveiling of Demi's 'Unbroken' cover artwork, which the singer tweeted to her fans on August 19, one day before her 19th birthday. The upcoming release will hit stores and iTunes on September 20.
