Justin Bieber is lending his support to Pencils of Promise once again, but this time he's asking for his Beliebers to lend a helping hand.

The 17-year-old pop star kicked off his Hearts Across the Web campaign, which encourages fans to upload photos of themselves on JustinBieberSomeday.com, making open heart symbols with their hands. "To raise awareness and support Pencils of Promise, let's create the biggest digital chain around the world," he says in a YouTube video.
The photos will be placed side-by-side on the site, to look like a long chain of hearts. If 500,000 people post their photo, the people behind Justin's Someday fragrance will donate the money to build 50 schools for needy kids. How cool is that?

Upload your heart on Justin's website, and check out his personal message to fans about his Hearts Across the Web campaign below.
