Mom-to-be Hilary Duff turns 24 today while the youngest JoBro Frankie turns 11. Frankie was treated to an early birthday surprise while on tour with Nick Jonas in South America. On Monday, Nick brought Frankie on stage!
Also celebrating a birthday today is Kirsten Prout ("The Lying Game"), Keir Gilchrist ('It's Kind of a Funny Story') and Maria Canals-Barrera ("Wizards of Waverly Place").
