Justin revealed the cover for the album this morning and promises that it's "not your normal christmas album."

Well, with big name collaborations with stars like Taylor Swift, Boyz II Men, and Usher, we definitely think he's right. Justin also filmed the first music video for the track "Mistletoe" in Franklin, TN this week before heading out on the South American leg of his 'My World Tour.'

And if you follow the Biebs on twitter, then you know he loves hearing from his fans. Well now he is desperately pleading with his online followers to help him locate a young fan who missed out on tickets to his sold-out concert in Mexico.

The 17-year-old is due to play at Foro Sol in Mexico City on Saturday night, but dozens of devotees were left devastated when they lined up for tickets only to be told there were no more available.

After watching footage of one girl dropping to the floor and crying hysterically on hearing the news, Bieber took to his Twitter to reach out to the fan ahead of the show.

He posted a clip of news footage featuring the fan, alongside the words, "Need everyone's help. we have LESS than 24 hours. we need to find this girl... she is at the 30 sec (second) mark (in the clip). HELP! thanks."

We hope he found her! How great of a surprise would that be for the fan?
