Fall is in the air, which means it's once again time to honor some of our favorite young celebrities for their charity work.

Variety's Annual Power of Youth is scheduled to take place on October 22, 2011 and they've just announced this year's honorees. They are:

-Darren Criss (The Trevor Project)
-Angus T. Jones (St. Jude's Children's Hospital)
-Bailee Madison (Alex's Lemonade Stand)
-Chloe Moretz (The Film Foundation)
-Hayden Panettiere (The Whaleman Foundation)
-Rico Rodriguez (Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times)
-Hailee Steinfeld (Share Our Strength)

The event, now in its fifth year, is an invitation-only afternoon full of fun and festivities, with live performances, interactive games, activities, food, photo opportunities and a special presentation to the Honorees.
