Mitchel Musso, 20, was arrested in Burbank, Calif. on Sunday for driving under the influence and underage drinking.
According to TMZ, the singer/actor and 'PrankStars' host was pulled over by police 3:43 AM on Sunday morning. Officers were directing traffic for an unrelated accident, but Mitchel failed to slow down and was subsequently pulled over.
The police detected a "strong odor of alcohol" when they approached his black Mercedes-Benz, and gave the Disney star a field sobriety test. He was also given a breathalyzer test, and reportedly tested well over the legal limit of .08 -- that is, for people over the age of 21.
Mitchel was arrested and booked at a local police station. His bail was set at $5,000.
