Nick Green is a top agent for the US government - effective, clever and deadly. He's also got a paper on Crime and Punishment due Tuesday, a biology quiz this afternoon and thirty pages on the rise and fall of the Roman Empire to read tonight...because Nick is sixteen years old.
He likes school, but only when it's over for the day. There are the girls, of course - especially Amanda, a wickedly cool rocker chick who dates Derek, the captain of school's championship swim team. Nick wants her anyway.

Nick Green/Jackson Rathbone
Nick Green is an average high school junior who deals with homework, the antagonism of a bully, and his first love, who's admittedly a handful. He's also a highly skilled agent for the U.S. government, frequently using his martial arts moves and weapons expertise to take out enemies of the state or high-ranking Mafioso. Despite his sophisticated and taxing after-school job, Nick's just trying to get through the day without getting his head shoved in the toilet, failing his chemistry class and tripping over himself in front of girls. All in all, it's going to be a tough semester.
Amanda Miles/Aimee Teegarden
Amanda's a rock and roll chick who plays in her own band, and is dating the captain of the swim team. Feisty, with a sardonic sense of humor, Amanda clearly likes Nick, who makes her laugh, but doesn't mind making him sweat a bit, especially when he comes up with lame excuses for why he's always late to meet her. Amanda has her own problems to deal with - and her own secret.
Marcus Anderson/Johnny Pemberton
A high school teen and a nerd, Marcus has become Nick's best friend after accidentally discovering Nick's secret after-school job. Initially terrified of Nick, Marcus has very much come around to the idea of being a sidekick.
Ms. Walker/Rebecca Mader
A pretty high school physics teacher, Ms. Walker is a matter-of-fact teacher who just happens to be the embodiment of every high school boy's sexual fantasies, specifically Nick's and Marcus'.
Mr. Ockenhocker/Greg Germann
The vice-principal of Nick's school. Mr. O is just trying to keep it together without getting socked in the face while breaking up a fight. Mr. O has got his eye on Nick for reasons we don't understand.
