"It's happening for realsies," Connie Britton told Us Weekly. Connie is excited for the remake but we found one star from the series who doesn't want the movie to happen.
"I hope it doesn't happen," Jeremy Sumpter told us last night at the premiere party for "Aim High." At the time, Jeremy, who played quarterback JD McCoy, was not aware of the movie confirmation, but he explained, "You had a great movie the first time and you had a great show. I think you leave it at that. You don't want to overkill it."
In a way we agree, but then again we loved the show so much that we are curious to see where all the characters would be now. With the original director and creator Peter Berg at the helm, we have a feeling we won't be disappointed by the movie.
What are your thoughts on the 'Friday Night Lights' movie?
