Last night was the debut of one of the most anticipated shows of the Fall - "Once Upon a Time." The fairytale driven story comes from the creators of "Lost," so there were some big expectations to fill.

The show brings viewers into the magical story of two parallel worlds: one in a distant fairytale land, the other in a present-day reality and centers on a woman with a troubled past who is drawn into a small town in Maine where the magic and mystery of Fairy Tales just may be real. We were immediately drawn into the magical world filled with Snow White, Rumpelstiltskin and the Dwarves, and present-day Storybrooke, but we still were left with many questions.

The show was a little darker then we expected, but it worked well, but how did it just so happen that Regina ended up adopting Emma's son. Was it planned? If Prince Charming was - SPOILER - killed in fairytale world, how is he alive in present-day? So many questions that we can't wait to find out the answer to. Of the two fairytale shows this season - NBC's "Grimm" is the other - this one is proving to be the favorite.

"Once Upon a Time" premiered to 12.8 million viewers making it the highest-rated new drama series premiere of the season - bigger than ABC's Revenge, CBS' Person of Interest or Fox's Terra Nova. Wow!
