As you know by now, Taylor Swift has been paying homage to hometown heroes during her Speak Now tour, and this weekend's shows in Phoenix, Ariz. were no different. The 21-year-old covered Jordin Sparks, Jimmy Eat World and many more.

As an admitted fan of Jordin's, Taylor was more than happy to play one of the 'American Idol' winner's tunes. "This song wasn't a single, but it's my favorite she's ever done," the country star told the audience before launching into the acoustic ballad.
Taylor also treated fans to a live rendition of Jimmy Eat World's 'The Middle' with the band's lead singer Jim Adkins. "Thank you to Jim Adkins for rocking 'The Middle' with us in Phoenix!!!" Taylor tweeted after the show. "I'm such a huge fan, that was unbelievable."

Check out the two covers below. Taylor will finish out her North American trek with a pair of shows in New York City on November 21 and 22.
