Last night, 15-year-old rap phenom Astro beat out 42-year-old Stacy Francis on 'The X Factor.' But while the hip-hop star-in-training's performance was stellar, people were left talking more about his bad attitude than his song.

Astro found himself in the bottom two with Stacy, but instead of being happy to sing for his life, he said, "I really don't wanna perform. I feel like it's unnecessary." He turned to mentor L.A. Reid and added, "But I'mma leave it up to you. You're my mentor. Do you think I should perform?"

L.A. said yes, telling Astro that he had come a long way. The teen ripped out a great performance set to the Jackson 5's 'Never Can Say Goodbye,' which was likely fueled by his discontent.

However, despite the impressive display, Astro didn't get by without a scolding. L.A. said, "You acted a little bit like a quitter, and it upset me." Astro dug himself into a deeper hole.

After Simon said he didn't like his attitude, Astro responded, "No disrespect to you or this show, but I just feel like if you're going to put me in the bottom two, I don't want to perform for people who don't want me here, you know what I'm saying? That's it."

Although the rapper lost his cool, Simon Cowell announced that Stacy was the one to be eliminated. Check out Astro's performance below. Did you watch last night's elimination show? Do you think Astro deserves to stay in the competition?
