Demi Lovato, Cody Simpson and the Kardashian sisters have teamed up for a very special cause. The stars have taken a stand against bullying in tonight's new episode of 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.'

The episode revolves around the Walker family, who lost their 11-year old son, Carl Joseph-Walker Hoover, when he took his own life after being bullied. In addition to making over the Walkers' home, they were treated to a dream vacation. That's where Demi, Cody and the Kardashians came in.

Along with a sweet shopping spree, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe hosted an anti-bullying rally along with Demi and other celebs in support of the family. Meanwhile, Cody was helping Michael Moloney and the rest of the 'Extreme Makeover' team renovate the Walkers' home.

Oh, but that's not all. To top things off, the family got to take in a special concert by Demi, including a performance of 'Skyscraper.' Watch a clip of the show below, and tune in to ABC at 8PM tonight to see the entire inspiring episode.
