Nicki Minaj, Christina Perri, LMFAO and More Added to 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest' Lineup

The Band Perry, blink-182, Florence + The Machine, Gym Class Heroes and will.i.am will also be performing at the West Coast celebration, while the New York festivities will include previously announced performances by Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Pitbull and Hot Chelle Rae. Yep, it's definitely going to be a party.
The show will celebrate its 40th anniversary, and include over five hours of performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the world. Of course, it will end with the tradition of Dick Clark counting down to midnight from Times Square.
The event will kick off on December 31 at 8PM ET on ABC with a special two-hour event hosted by Jenny McCarthy and Fergie called 'New Year's Rockin' Eve: The 40th Anniversary Party.' Then, 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012' will begin at 10PM ET. Get psyched!
