Justin Bieber's rendition of 'Little Drummer Boy' inspired a group of women at Taylor University to organize a flash mob, and the 17-year-old pop star has taken notice.

"Just got sent this. very cool," he wrote on Facebook with a video link. In the clip, dozens of girls are shown at the school's annual Silent Game, taking the court during halftime. They break out into a massive choreographed number, wearing a mix of pajamas, sweatpants and festive holiday gear.

The Silent Night game is a special event in which the entire audience is completely quiet at the beginning, honoring the line from the famous Christmas song: "All is calm." Once Taylor scores the tenth point of the game, the students can go crazy. The event is held every year before finals.

We think the women of Grace Olson Hall rocked their flash mob performance. Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments.
