Miley Cyrus was originally set to voice a part in Adam Sandler's animated vampire movie, 'Hotel Transylvania,' but after dropping the role, Selena Gomez is reportedly taking her place.

According to E! News, Adam will voice Dracula, and Selena will voice his vampire daughter, Mavis. Andy Samberg, Cee Lo Green and Kevin James have also signed onto the project, which is slated for a September release.

Now that the 'Who Says' singer has taken a break from music, she has more time to focus on her acting career, which includes a more mature role in the upcoming film 'Spring Breakers.' Last month, the 19-year-old reportedly optioned the Jandy Nelson novel 'The Sky Is Everywhere' to be made into a feature film, which she will likely star in.

Looks like there's a lot on the horizon for Selena! Are you excited for her new animated role?
