Taylor Swift performed at New Zealand's Vector Arena in Auckland on March 17, where she debuted her 'Hunger Games' song 'Eyes Open' for the first time live.

The 22-year-old addressed the audience, telling them how excited she was about her new song. "You don't think I would get in trouble if I played it now?" she asked the crowd of 12,000.

Taylor's fans burst out into applause as the country star offered an acoustic version of the soundtrack song. Although the recorded track is supported by electric guitars, Taylor's unplugged rendition was still just as powerful.

Check out the performance below, and grab your copy of 'The Hunger Games' soundtrack on March 20, three days before the highly anticipated film opens in theaters. What do you think of 'Eyes Open'?
