Last night Cambio attended the premiere for Bully, a new documentary that is a real look at what is happening in our schools today.

Directed by Sundance and Emmy-award winning filmmaker, Lee Hirsch, Bully takes on five different scenarios whose stories each represent a different facet of America's bullying crisis.

Bully follows five kids and families over the course of a school year. Stories include two families who have lost children to suicide and a mother awaiting the fate of her 14-year-old daughter who has been incarcerated after bringing a gun on her school bus. Getting closer and more involved into current day homes, classrooms, cafeterias and principals' offices, the film digs deep into the lives of bullied children.

The film aims to be a catalyst to bring more awareness to the ongoing battle of bullying in schools.

Among the many that came out to support the film, we saw stars like Victoria Justice, Joel McHale, Josie Loren and Giuliana Rancic. Victoria herself talked about how important it is that people see this movie, and that the rating of the movie shouldn't discourage the people from going out and supporting the documentary.

We were also lucky enough to talk to some of the people within the movie, and all of the families were in disbelief of how big this movie is getting. Kelby Johnson, a victim of bullying in the movie, spoke with us about how she appreciates this movie bringing what it is really like in America's schools to public knowledge. Alex Libby, also a victim of bullying within the movie and only 12 years old when it was filming, talked to us about why he decided to be a part of this movie. Check out all the stars advice and personal stories about being bullied in the video above.

The film releases into theaters March 30th, 2012, and we highly suggest you guys get to the theaters and see this movie. For more information, visit the website http://thebullyproject.com.
