Watch Rihanna end an interview with an Australian morning show after being asked about her love life.

Don't ask Rihanna about her love life. That's the lesson a reporter from Australian morning show 'Sunrise' discovered recently.

Rihanna sat down to talk about her role in the movie, 'Battleship,' but of course conversation eventually turned to her love life.

Turns out, RiRi won't answer any questions in that area.

The questioning started off with her role in 'Battleship' and her future plans for acting, which she noted that she would like to do both music and films: "If I love both, then I'll do great at both. I love music, and after my first experience with movies, I can't wait to do more."

She also spoke about playing Whitney Houston in a biopic, which she said would be "emotional" and "fulfilling," but "a lot of pressure."

Then came mention of Rihanna's love life, where the interviewer asks, "How frustrating is it when you're linked to another Hollywood star even if you've barely met them?"

"[It's] very frustrating," Rihanna answered, adding, "Almost as frustrating as being asked about it."

When the reporter asked, "Yeah, you don't like going there?," Rihanna responded, "I mean, what's the point?"

"Well people are interested in you, you're a big star," the reporter said.

Rihanna noted, "They are. And they're interested in a lot of things - a lot of things that don't matter. Or shouldn't."

Then the interview ends. Shut down.

Last month, when asked about Ashton Kutcher at a press conference in London, Rihanna said, "Wow, how disappointing was that question? I'm happy and I'm single, if that's what you're really asking."

Will reporters finally get the point that this is a touchy topic?
