Who won this season of 'The Voice'? Are you surprised?

Jermaine Paul was named the winner of NBC's hit show, The Voice, last night. And it was a first-time win for country cutie judge Blake Shelton too!

The final four contestants were narrowed down to Jermaine Paul (Team Blake), Juliet Simms (Team Cee Lo), Chris Mann (Team Christina), and Tony Lucca (Team Adam).

Jermaine has swept everyone away since the try-outs at the beginning of the show. We weren't surprised to learn that he was R&B singer Alicia Keys' back-up singer. Alicia was a big supporter, tweeting her fans to vote for Jermaine and then congratulating him on his victory...

She has over 7 million followers on Twitter, so we couldn't help but wonder if perhaps that gave him a little bit of an upper hand on everyone else? Hmmm...

Either way, he totally deserved to take the crown, the record deal, and the $100,000. The man can sing! His rendition of R.Kelly's I Believe I Can Fly is already at the number one spot on iTunes. Go Jermaine!

So what do you think?...

P.S. Christina Aguilera...please wear pants!
