Bieber fans are taking over Oslo

Yikes! Just when you thought Justin Bieber mania couldn't get any worse...

TMZ is reporting that police in Norway are close to declaring a state of emergency in Oslo, after thousands of Beliebers took over the city. Now, the officials are begging Biebs to help out.

Justin is scheduled to perform four new songs outside an opera house in Oslo today for his "Around the World" TV special.

There are so many fans there that the police have lost crowd control and want him to take the stage early before things get even more crazy.

Bieber is doing his best to help out...perhaps he's learned from the incident in New York a few years ago? He just tweeted:

It is also being said that Justin is currently at a private location and will be helicoptered to the show.

Keep checking back for updates and be safe Beliebers!

UPDATE: Perez Hilton is reporting that Justin did perform in Oslo and he debuted two new songs from Believe. Peep some of his performance below!
