Heat magazine reports, "Niall is besotted. He's very keen. He's been sending her flowers."
The feeling is mutual, the magazine reports, saying, "She can't wait to get to know him properly when he's finished with the One Direction tour at the beginning of July."

In a video from their Houston show, it looks like Harry Styles and Niall are caught kissing!
We figured they were just whispering and it was caught at a funny angle, but you know how rumors get stirred up.
