Kim Kardashian Debuts Kanye West as Her Boyfriend on 'KUWTK'...Kinda

A lot of people think the whole Kim Kardashian and Kanye West relationship is a total publicity stunt and couldn't possibly be real. The pictures and public appearances aren't enough to settle minds so many were anticipating Kanye's appearance on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Well after speculation that he would not appear on the show, last night, Mr.West made his debut on the reality gig and kind of proved that they really are an item...sort of.

Peep the clip above to see Kim barely admit to her sister Kourtney that her and KW have something going on...all while she's driving his expensive, luxurious car. (The one thing they really have in common...)

Kim and Kanye also talk about visiting Japan at a dinner party and he tells her that he has to take her there sometime soon...aww!
