Glee fans are already painfully aware of what happened to Quinn when she was texting and driving.

Now Glee is hoping to spread the message about the dangers of texting and driving in a new PSA video.

Glee teamed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to make the PSA, which includes scenes from Quinn's accident.

The voiceover says, "Five seconds is the average time your eyes are off the road while texting while driving."

According to the NHTSA, in 2010, more than 3,000 people were killed while 416,000 were injured because they were texting and driving.

Be safe. Don't text and drive.
