The two stars were spotted at a Jay-Z concert in New York City last night together. Chris had his arm around her chair and they looked very couple-like. It left many confused, because he was still dating his girlfriend at the time.
But now, it all makes sense...
Chris Brown just confirmed today that he has split with his longtime girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran.
In a statement to GossipCop.com, Chris said, "I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much but I don't want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I'd rather be single allowing us to both be happy in our lives."
Whoa! He basically just picked Ri-Ri over Karrueche! Ouch!
Karrueche, who is known to battle with Rihanna on Twitter, kept it classy with a simple tweet that pretty much sums up the whole thing.
