To celebrate everything spooky and fun, Switched at Birth star Katie Leclerc skipped work to show us her pumpkin carving skills and to share her yummy pumpkin seeds recipe too!
Her pumpkin turned out awesome...she carved a raven into it! And as for the yummy goodies left over, well she had something to do with those too!
We always thought there wasn't much to cooking pumpkin seeds, but she proved us wrong when she spit off her seeds recipe.
1. Boil seeds in salty water for 20 minutes
2. Leave the seeds on a tray to dry for 1-2 days!
3. Cover with butter/olive oil and salt and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
