Rihanna Goes From Trashy to Classy and Victoria Justice Gets a "Fun" New 'Do in This Week's RED CARPET REWIND!

This week's red carpet ran the gamut from sheer perfection to Halloween hangovers.

Rihanna drifted away from her usual trashy, show-as-much-skin-as-possible get-ups and surprised in a simple black pencil skirt and top. She accessorized with banging sheer boots...HOT!

Victoria Justice shined in that neon yellow color that we all love now, in a short Versace number. She finally cut her hair too...and it looks awesome!

Our favorite red carpet look came from the fashion po-po herself, Kelly Osbourne, who wore a sheer, floral dress and topped it off with frosty, purple hair.

One country singer failed to impress us in a black dress that straight up looked like a Halloween costume. And no we aren't talking about Taylor Swift...but Kimberly Perry!
