When Justin Bieber's week is looking crappy as ever (he got pulled over AGAIN last night!), Selena Gomez seems to be doing perfectly fine!

The actress/singer just announced via Twitter AND via Ryan Seacrest that her return to music will be sooner than expected!

So March 2013 it is!

There hasn't been much talk about the new Sel music deets but she has been noted to saying she'd love to work with Fun and her BFF Taylor Swift.

How awesome would a Selena Gomez/Taylor Swift duet, co-write about Justin Bieber song be?!

We wonder if that song she wrote with Justin will be on the new album?!
