Justin Bieber might not be hitting up the Philippines anytime soon on a world tour!

Because of his recent Twitter rant where he dissed boxer Manny Pacquiao, Congress members in the beloved athlete's home country have discussed a permanent Bieber ban in the Philippines.

Justin posted several controversial Instagram pics during one of Pacquiao's highly anticipated fights a few weeks ago and it instantly sparked outrage all over.

Pacquiao, who is looked to as a God in the Philippines, Philippines released a statement saying he would pray for Justin.

Since the drama has gone done, Filipino Congress members have discussed permanently banning Justin from their country.

One politician is noted as saying, "Mr. Bieber should have known that the Hon. Pacquiao has reached his stature as such as a result of sheer hard work, determination and firm belief in God, and despite such stature best exemplifies humility and grace even in defeat.

The Filipino Congress members have filed a resolution demanding an apology from Bieber for what they deem as "distasteful comments."

Do you think Justin should apologize? Is the Bieber ban fair? Let us know what you think!
