Taylor Swift is never, ever, ever allowed to date Michael J. Fox's (MJF) son....at least that's what we're getting from the legendary actor's recent words!
It all started after Taylor's crazy dating life was joked about at the Golden Globes last weekend. The show's hosts, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, made everyone LOL when they said Tay Tay needs to stay away from MJF's younger son, Sam. While many giggled, Taylor and Taylor fans didn't seem to find the humor in it at all.
In response to the jokes, Fox told Vulture.com that he wouldn't really know who Taylor was if Sam brought her home.
"Taylor Swift writes songs about everybody she goes out with, right?" he asked.
Many didn't take MJF's words lightly and he ticked off a lot of her fans! Although, we don't think his words were too harsh...
Her fans' anger and loyalty didn't go unnoticed by the superstar. Yesterday, Taylor went to Twitter to announce to her followers that everything is cool between her and MJF.
"Hey everybody, Michael J. Fox got in touch with me today and we are good. Thank you for having my back," she tweeted.
Poor Taylor! First she had to deal with her breakup with Harry Styles, losing a Golden Globe to Adele and now this!
