Pretty Little Liars airs tomorrow night, but ABC Family has released some juicy photos today from the March 5 episode! In the new pics, it seems Spencer (Troian Bellisario) is back in the psych ward and she's sporting a mysterious bandage on her wrist. Could she have possibly attempted suicide?!
