Taylor Swift isn't afraid to stick up for herself these days!
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, Taylor talked about basically everything in her life and had some choice words for funny girls Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
While she didn't find their Michael J. Fox's son joke at the Golden Globes very funny...at all, Taylor appreciated a quote she heard from news personality Katie Couric that totally settled her embarrassment and anger.
"Katie Couric is one of my favorite people. Because she said to me she had heard a quote that she loved that said, 'There's a special place in hell for women who don't help other women,'" Taylor told the mag.
Yikes! Does that mean she thinks Tina and Amy will go to hell for what they said about her at the 'Globes? Pretty much!
It didn't take long for Tina and Amy to respond to Tay's backlash, that's for sure.
""It was just a joke, and I think it was actually a very benign joke," Fey told Us Weekly.
Poehler told The Hollywood Reporter, "Aw, I feel bad if she was upset...I am a feminist and she is a young and talented girl...That being said, I do agree I am going to hell," Poehler added. "But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff."
What do you think about Taylor's response to their jokes? Tina and Amy's comments?
Should Tay lighten up or does she have a right to be ticked off?
