Find out what happened with Leah Calvert, Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry and Jenelle Evans on this week's episode of Teen Mom 2. This week on Teen Mom 2, the "ex factor" played a major part in all of the ladies lives!

First off, having split from her boyfriend Gary Head, Jenelle Evans is once again spending time with her ex, Kieffer Delp, who was not a good influence on her in the past.

However, having just been released from an extended stay in jail, Kieffer seems to want to walk the straight and narrow this time around. He's getting ready to start his own business (a homemade pipe business no less, but hey, we don't judge) and he's being much more supportive of Jenelle. In fact, when Jenelle tells him she wants to get breast implants, he discourages the drastic change, telling her he thinks she's beautiful just the way she is. Aww!

In other supportive ex boyfriend news, Leah Messer (Calvert) is still struggling to decide if she wants to stay with Jeremy Calvert or give things with ex husband Corey Simms another try.

After getting mixed messages from Leah, a confused Jeremy calls Corey and goes over to his house to talk. While this could potentially have been the most explosive situation ever imaginable, the two actually had one of the sweetest conversations we've ever seen on the show.

Corey told Jeremy how much he liked him and how he's great for Leah and the girls. Then, Jeremy turned around and told Corey that if he knew that he could walk away and be certain that Corey and Leah would live happily ever after, he'd do it in a heartbeat.

Seriously, where did she find not one, but two such incredibly amazing guys?!

Meanwhile, Chelsea Houska isn't exactly receiving the same amount of support from her ex, Adam Lind.

After a recent hookup and subsequent pregnancy scare, Adam has gone MIA.

When she finally finds out she's not pregnant, Chelsea confides in her mom about the whole situation and they decide it's time for Chelsea to get back on birth control, which she does.

Ironically, despite being fresh off of a pregnancy scare, Chelsea finds herself sad that she won't be able to get pregnant for five years if she keeps her Mirena device in place. Poor girl just can't make up her mind!

As adorable as Aubree is, it probably is for the best that Chelsea waits just a little while longer before having another baby!

If anyone can relate to Chelsea's frustration with her Adam, it's Kailyn Lowry. She is constantly struggling with ex boyfriend Jo Rivera. Most recently, their problems became physical, which landed them in court.

This week, Jo calls Kail to tell her he's moving to New Jersey. Immediately, Kailyn became concerned about how that would affect their son Isaac. Jo promised that it wouldn't, but sure enough, after moving, he missed his scheduled visitation with his son.

Also, when Kailyn and Jo went to court, Kailyn tried to fight to prevent Jo's girlfriend from spending time around their son because she drinks and smokes.

Unfortunately, Kailyn didn't make any headway and she was infuriated when she saw that Jo's girlfriend Vee had tweeted immediately after leaving court, saying, "Yes I drink, yes I smoke, I didn't know my life was a crime."

Yikes!
