Singer covers Shape magazine and dishes on how she got her body back after having baby Blue Beyoncé is back to her pre-baby body, but it wasn't easy.
In the April issue of Shape magazine, the new mom opens up about her pregnancy weight gain. "I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant," Beyoncé says. "I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again."
"I'm not a person that is naturally very thin," she explains. "I am a person who has to work at keeping my body in shape."
By doing lots of cardio, lunges and stiicking to a diet full of veggies and lean meat, Bey shed her baby weight.
