Singer flaunts her post-baby body on the latest issue of 'Shape' magazine and dishes how she dropped the pregnancy pounds Beyoncé is back to her pre-baby body and she's showing it off on the cover of Shape magazine in a skimpy two piece.
After gaining 57 pounds while pregnant with Blue Ivy, Bey slimmed down due to lots of discipline and hard work.
"I'm not a person who is naturally very thin. I'm a person who has to work at keeping my body in shape," she told the mag.
She also shares that she stuck to a strict low-calorie diet, replacing red meat with fish and pasta with quinoa while trying to shed the baby weight.
But Jay-Z's wife wasn't willing to give up one of her favorite splurges altogether.
"I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays where I can have whatever I want," she explains. "Usually it's pizza, which is my favorite indulgence."
