The reality star won't have to turn over personal emails she sent during their relationship Kim Kardashian is getting some good news in her legal battle against her former husband Kris Humphries.
The pregnant E! star won a victory in court Monday when the judge denied Kris' request to see personal emails sent from Kim's accounts. According to TMZ, the emails were sent from closed accounts.
Their trial is set to begin on May 6, but Kris is reportedly already in hot water with the judge. Both Kris and Kim were supposed to appear in court at a hearing last Friday, but Kris never came. Kim was in attendance.
Despite her upcoming court dates and baby on board, Kim been's keeping busy as ever. Over the weekend, she did a promotional appearance in Las Vegas and presented at the MTV Movie Awards.
