Miley Cyrus announced that she will release her "We Can't Stop" single June 3 from her upcoming album, which she said is "exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted my first sound to be." Miley Cyrus is back with a brand new album and a soon-to-be-released single.
The 20-year-old starlet hit the Billboard Music Awards blue carpet looking hot in a sparkly patterned jumpsuit Sunday and surprised fans when she revealed the release date of her single "We Can't Stop."
"June 3rd, my single 'We Can't Stop' is coming out and I'm so excited," Miley said. "I'm going to be going live with Ryan Seacrest and it's going to be a world exclusive premiere, so it's gonna be amazing."
"[It's] exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted my first sound to be and my first look to be," Miley continued. "It's just an important message to tell my fans. They haven't stopped waiting so it's great."
So, how will Miley's fourth studio album be different than the rest?
"The connection," Miley said. "I feel like I can really be myself. I really have more of a connection to who I am and I feel like I can express myself through my music now."
Although the "Can't Be Tamed" crooner was candid when it came to discussing her album, she has still kept mum on when it will be released.
After hitting the blue carpet, Miley went on to present the 'Top Male Artist' award during the BBMA's to Justin Bieber, whom she's rumored to be working on new music with.
