Khloé Kardashian says she isn't killing herself in the gym or depriving herself of the foods she likes in order to lose weight. She explains how she is making healthier choices that still allow her to live a normal life. Khloé Kardashian is looking extra fabulous these days!

The slimmed-down reality star has been flaunting her figure in form-fitting dresses that showcase her recent weight loss and hug her body in all the right places.

Although she has made some significant changes, Khloé has always maintained a healthy attitude about both her weight and her body and even wrote sister Kim Kardashian a letter encouraging her to embrace her body as well.

"I won't deprive myself because I used to be on diets and I'd never last and so I just try to be more aware of what I'm eating and just in moderation," she tells E! News. She also said she hasn't been killing herself to get into bikini shape for summer. What she is doing, however, is making an effort to keep her workouts consistent because of the way it makes her feel.

Khloé did admit that while she's willing to make sacrifices for a better body, one thing she isn't willing to give up is alcohol. "Well, I can't stop drinking. I love to drink. I need that for my sanity," she says.

Hard to argue with that one!

We think it's awesome that Khloé is trying to make healthier choices, but isn't taking it to the extreme...and the results speak for themselves!
