The show started out very upbeat, with a performance by Sheryl Crow with a couple of the contestants.
Then, it was time for things to get serious....and it got pretty intense pretty quickly.
One by one, contestants were told that they were safe and would be moving on to the next week's Top 6 show.
At the end, we were shocked to see Judith Hill still standing on the stage!
She and Sarah Simmons were the only two who hadn't been told that they were safe, which meant their time on The Voice had come to an end.
Immediately, an angry firestorm erupted on Twitter, with comments ranging from shock and frustration to accusations that the voting was rigged.
Even Adam Levine couldn't hold his tongue, and was heard saying what sounded like "I hate this country..." into a hot mic.
While we're surprised to see Judith go, we're still excited to see Michelle Chamuel, Danielle Bradbery, Sasha Allen, The Swon Brothers, Holly Tucker and Amber Carrington move on to the Top 6.
