TMZ posted photos of broken glass that they said could have been the bong that Amanda Bynes threw out her window before her arrest. Now, Amanda says she's suing them because they staged the photo. Amanda Bynes is on a suing streak lately.

In the past few weeks alone, she has said she's suing Us Weekly, In Touch magazine, Perez Hilton, the NYPD, an individual police officer and her parents...just to name a few.

Now, TMZ is the latest potential defendant that has been added to Amanda's litigious list.

The former Nickelodeon star claims that she's suing them because they posted a picture of what MIGHT be the bong she threw out her window before she was arrested on May 23.

"I'm suing TMZ for staging fake bong photos. It's not even a bong! The photo shows it's clearly a clear and blue stained glass Ciroc bottle from some random street," she claims.

Amanda wasn't done sounding off about the site just yet, though. "They're criminals and should be arrested! I was treated like an animal by the cops and I will do anything to receive justice. TMZ are liars and criminals for creating false evidence! My lawyer is sending a lawsuit to their office," she continued.

TMZ is yet to respond to Amanda's inflammatory Tweet, but if we had to guess, we'd say they probably aren't too terribly worried about being added to her long list of lawsuits.
