After Ariana Grande tweeted about wanting "boobs and an ass," she posted this pic to Instagram, urging fans to "love the skin you're in." Check out Ariana's original tweet and her positive body image message to fans.
Ariana Grande, who turns 20 soon, initially tweeted a wish for a curvier body, but changed her mind...instead, she spread a positive body image message.

Ariana initially tweeted: "I'm going to be 20 in a month, I find that terrifying and unbelievable," adding, "Does this mean I'll finally get boobs and an ass?"

She soon realized the error of her ways, after fans tweeted their love for the singer/actress, tweeting, "Thank u I'm playin. Gotta <3 what God gave you.. Or in my case didn't."

And then, she took a step back, and sent out a message to clarify with a some words of self love. After all, she's got a lot of girls looking up to her.

She shared a pic of herself on Instagram, wearing short shorts and writing, "I am well aware of the fact that this photo is COMPLETELY uncalled for but after my tweet yesterday asking for bigger curves I decided to take it back and be happy with what God gave me."

She added, "I'm proud of my little tush!! Big, small, curvy, flat, tall petite...Love the skin you're in!!!! It's beautiful because it's yours!!!!!"

Ariana quoted Tyra Banks, writing, "If somebody tells you you're not beautiful, turn around and walk away so they can have a great view of your fabulous ASS."

In 2011, Ariana told Shape magazine, "Too many young girls have eating disorders due to low self-esteem and a distorted body image. I think it's so important for girls to love themselves and to treat their bodies respectfully."

Practice what you preach...we love her for it!
