Jessica Simpson is reportedly being sued for taking pictures with someone else's child and using them to make a deal with a magazine when she already had a "first baby photo" deal with another magazine. Yikes! Jessica Simpson has landed smack dab in the middle of a pretty disturbing set of circumstances.

According to TMZ, a lawsuit is being filed against the pregnant singer and alleges that she used someone else's baby to make money from the tabloids.

The suit claims that a man took his teenage daughter and infant son to a meet and greet with Jessica in 2011 (she was pregnant with Maxwell at the time). While he was there, someone apparently suggested that he hand his baby over to Jessica, which he did.

At that point, a camera man appeared out of nowhere and snapped the photos of a smiling Jessica holding the baby, which later appeared on the cover of OK! Magazine.

According to the lawsuit, Jessica was in on the whole thing and had an $800k deal with another mag for the first pictures of her baby, but was greedy and made a separate deal with OK! to sell these photos with a baby that wasn't even hers.

If what the suit alleges is true, we'd be pretty shocked that Jessica would be so conniving, especially when it comes to her kids.

Do you think Jessica set the whole thing up or do you think someone is just trying to make money off of one mag's mistake?
