'The Bling Ring' cast tell us about how they prepared for the film and which celebrity's wardrobe they'd like to steal! Who doesn't love bling?
Written, produced and directed by Sofia Coppola, The Bling Ring is a crime drama film based on a true, high-profile robbery spree that took place in 2008-2009.
The film stars Emma Watson, Katie Chang, Taissa Farmiga, Claire Julien and Israel Broussard as the group of teenagers who burglarized the homes of celebrities including Megan Fox, Miranda Kerr, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton (who also makes a cameo in the film.)
"When I first heard about it I remember thinking, 'Oh, that's really stupid,'" Katie says of the real events. "But when I read the Vanity Fair article, it was insane! The amount of things that they stole and how far back the whole story was."
Taissa tells us how the cast prepared for their burglary scenes. "There was a mock break-in," she says. "It was Sofia's sister-in-law's house. We went to the house, found an unlocked window and broke in." The cast was also given a list of things they needed to find inside.

The Bling Ring will be out in theaters on June 14.
