For anyone who has followed Ariana Grande for any time, you may have noticed that she's lost a lot of weight.

Her dramatic weight loss has had many fans concerned, and of course rumors of anorexia started swirling.

Is Ariana too skinny?

Ariana took to her Tumblr to explain that she doesn't have an eating disorder, but that she has adopted a healthier lifestyle.

She tweeted: "Wrote something on my Tumblr about the rumors going around. Just didn't want you all to worry about me. Thank you. Xo"

Ariana explained on Tumblr: "I don't usually like to address rumors but I felt like since some of you are worrying about me that I should take the time to write you all a little note to address this whole "eating disorder thing." First of all, thank you very much for being concerned about me but it's getting a bit blown out of proportion so that's why I chose to write this."

She continued, "Yes, I lost a bit of weight last year. It's because I stopped eating junk food and started making healthy choices. I was happy with the way I was before and I'm still happy now! Just healthier!"

She noted that she really didn't care much about her appearance when she was younger, adding, "But the lifestyle change I chose to make last August is not and was never about being skinnier."

Ariana added, "I just wasn't taking care of myself at all. I was making really poor choices. This is about making sure the foods you put in your body will nourish you and be put to good use."

She explained that her weight loss occurred when she "drastically changed" her eating habits and "started exercising daily" after she previously "used to live on junk food."

She assured, "I'm eating as much as I was before just the content has changed."

Ariana said she's been inventing healthy organic snacks and will share them on her Tumblr soon.

We're glad Ariana lost weight in a healthy way and continues to be a positive role model.
