Chris Brown's hit-and-run victim is now saying that he tried to grab her camera from her when she was taking pictures of the vehicles and made some pretty inflammatory statements. Yesterday, Chris Brown was charged with hit-and-run stemming from a fender bender last month where he allegedly refused to hand over his driver's license and provided false insurance information to the victim.

If Chris is found guilty, he could face up to six months in jail for each offense, but if it is determined that the incident violates his probation, Breeze could be facing four YEARS behind bars.

New details are now emerging about the incident and Chris' victim is making some pretty strong accusations against the R&B singer.

In a police statement obtained by TMZ, the victim, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, said that Chris refused to hand over his driver's license after he rear-ended her and instead gave her his girlfriend Karrueche Tran's license (Karrueche was a passenger in the car when it happened).

Obviously, that didn't satisfy the victim and she continued to request Chris' info, but to no avail. Fearing that they would flee the scene, Olga started taking pictures and that's when Chris reportedly lost it.

She claims that Chris tried to grab the camera from her and Karrueche started screaming, "Don't touch her, don't touch her!"

According to her statement, Chris then yelled, "You are a b*tch! Who do you think you are, b*tch? Do you think if you driving Mercedes so got money, bitch?" And followed up with, "Do you think I am just a black n***er?" before speeding off.

Given that Chris' aggressive behavior is the reason why he's on probation in the first place, this probably won't work in his favor.

Do you think Chris violated his probation during the hit-and-run incident?
