Rihanna got her beach body with a little help from the 5 Factor Diet. The name is derived from the number of elements each meal should contain according to WebMD (Protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber, fat and fluids.) It's the first we've heard of it, but it looks like it's working!
And what's a group of "beach babes" without a Victoria's Secret angel (or ex-angel in this case) in the mix? Miranda Kerr is on the blood type diet--wonder if she's a True Blood fan (sorry, couldn't resist)-- but that doesn't mean she won't eat a little chocolate if that's what she's craving.
