After reaching her goal on Kickstarter to get the Veronica Mars movie made, the House of Lies star is raising money for another cause--a charity called Invisible Children.
"I want you to come change the world with me," Kristen says in her campaign video for Prizeo--a Kickstarter of sorts for celebrity charity causes. "There is a Human Rights Conference coming up in August called the Fourth Estate, thrown by a charity that is so near and dear to my heart called Invisible Children, and I wanna give you guys the chance, the opportunity, to see if you might want to go to the conference with me and be my date."
The event, which takes place August 8-11, is going to be "one part film festival, one part music festival and one part tech talk, " according to Kristen.
So what do you have to do to win the date?
Go to Prizeo.com/Kristen and donate a minimum of $3.
In addition to the big prize--you also have the chance to win guaranteed prizes the more that you donate (Kristen's adorable pups are not included unfortunately).
Those who donate $50 will receive an exclusive t-shirt, and those who donate $100 will get one of Kristen's signed headshots, among other prizes.
