Justin BieberYou know you've made it big when Elton John writes a song about you!

That's exactly what happened to Justin Bieber!

In a new interview with the UK's BBC Radio, Elton admitted that Bieber was basically the inspiration for his new album's title track!

"It's about the pitfalls of being a young star, like a young Justin Bieber," the 66-year-old Brit singer-songwriter admitted.

"It's hard when you're young to go through that incredible fame, when you haven't had a childhood and then you want to grow up."

Elton also admitted that he was thrown into showbiz later in life than Justin and that he wouldn't want to be in his shoes at all.

"Luckily, fame came to me when I was 23, and then I lived my teenage years during my fame," the singer said.

"But I wouldn't want to be Justin Bieber or any of those young artists...It's tough on them."

Elton's upcoming album will be called The Diving Board and it set hit shelves on September 16.
